Jamie Scott

As a revolutionary thought leader in the fitness industry, Jamie Scott is changing people’s bodies—and minds—on how to achieve long-lasting health and wellness. From his earliest days as a top high school athlete, Jamie’s discipline and diligence helped him become an award-winning Gamecock at the University of South Carolina. With his mindful approach to strength training and competition, Jamie went on to excel off the field as well—earning terminal degrees in education that set the stage for helping teach others how to transform their own bodies and minds. Traveling to over 14 countries as a student of an elite group of master trainers, Jamie has learned to balance old world principles with his never-ending pursuit of innovation to push the boundaries of body performance that lead to a lifetime of physical wellness.

During his journey, Jamie has also been certified by the American Fitness Professionals as a Strength Trainer and Nutrition Wellness consultant while also becoming the successful owner of Jamie Scott Fitness in 2004. Since that time, JSF has evolved into a growing chain of fitness facilities throughout the Carolinas, where Jamie and his team place an equal emphasis on body work and nutrition. Jamie also continues to study with some of the world’s most sought after experts, including immersive yoga training with Marianne Wells, a student of BKS Iyengar, one of the foremost yoga teachers in the world.

With his years of training with the world’s most accomplished fitness experts—along with his own lifelong pursuit of disciplined instruction—Jamie Scott is ready to share his depth of knowledge in a new way as a Fitness Concierge. Working with a very select group of clients, Jamie will share his pioneering and proven approach to long term wellness through regulated benchmarks of nutrition, bloodwork, cardio, strength training and flexibility.
